# Canva

> Create designs, manage assets, and automate Canva workflows

Macaly connects to Canva so the agent can create and manage designs for you. Ask for a new design, resize an existing one, fill a brand template with your data, or pull assets from your Canva library, and the agent talks to Canva and brings the result back into your project.

## What is Canva?

Canva is an online design platform for creating graphics, presentations, social posts, and other visual content from templates. With the Canva integration, Macaly's agent works with your Canva account directly: it creates designs, organizes your files, and exports finished artwork without you switching tools.

## What you can do

A few examples of what the agent can do with Canva:

* **Create designs.** Spin up a new design from a preset type (social post, presentation, poster) or custom dimensions.
* **Use brand templates.** Autofill a brand template with your own data to produce on-brand designs at scale (Canva Enterprise).
* **Resize designs.** Create resized copies of an existing design for different formats (Canva Pro or Enterprise).
* **Manage assets.** Upload assets to your content library, update their names and tags, or remove the ones you no longer need.
* **Organize your work.** Create folders, move items between them, and browse what's inside each one.
* **Export and share.** Export finished designs to the format you need and pull them into your project.
* **Work with comments.** Read and reply to comment threads on a design to keep feedback in one place.

## How it works

You describe what you want in the chat, and the agent handles the rest. Ask for a one-off task, or have the agent build Canva right into your project.

## Good to know

* **You connect once.** Authorize your Canva account the first time, and the agent reuses that connection for later requests.
* **Some features need a paid Canva plan.** Resizing designs requires Canva Pro or Enterprise, and brand template autofill requires Canva Enterprise.
* **Your account, your control.** The agent only acts when you ask it to, and you can revoke access from your Canva account settings at any time.
