# Zoom

> Schedule meetings, manage recordings, and pull Zoom data

Macaly connects to Zoom so the agent can schedule and manage your meetings for you. Ask it to set up a meeting, pull a recording, or list who attended, or have it create Zoom meetings from the app you're building.

## What is Zoom?

Zoom is a video conferencing platform for meetings, webinars, and online collaboration. With the Zoom integration, Macaly's agent works with your Zoom account directly: it schedules and manages meetings, handles recordings and registrants, and brings meeting data into your project.

## What you can do

A few examples of what the agent can do with Zoom:

* **Schedule and manage meetings.** Create, update, and cancel meetings, list and look up meetings, and add registrants.
* **Run webinars.** List webinars and their participants, and register attendees.
* **Work with recordings.** List and fetch cloud recordings and meeting summaries, and clean up recordings you no longer need.
* **See who attended.** Pull participant lists and usage reports for past meetings.
* **Manage whiteboards.** Create, share, and export Zoom whiteboards and organize them into projects.

## How it works

You describe what you want in the chat, and the agent handles the rest. Ask for a one-off task, or have the agent build Zoom right into your project.

**Ask the agent directly:**

## Good to know

* **You connect once.** Authorize your Zoom account the first time, and the agent reuses that connection for later requests.
* **Some features need a paid Zoom plan.** Meeting summaries, webinars, and parts of reporting require a Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan.
* **Your account, your control.** The agent only acts when you ask it to, and you can revoke access from your Zoom settings at any time.
