Macaly connects to Google Search Console so the agent can monitor how your site performs in Google Search. Pull clicks and impressions, check whether a page is indexed, submit a sitemap, or add a new property, and the agent talks to Search Console and brings the result back into your project.

What is Google Search Console?

Google Search Console is Google’s free tool for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting how your website appears in Google Search results. It reports the queries that bring people to your site, shows which pages are indexed, and flags problems that keep pages out of search. With the Google Search Console integration, Macaly’s agent works with your verified properties directly, so you can keep an eye on your search performance without leaving your project.

What you can do

A few examples of what the agent can do with Google Search Console:
  • Track search performance. Query clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position, broken down by query, page, country, or device.
  • Inspect URLs. Check whether a specific page is indexed and see any indexing issues Google has found.
  • Manage sitemaps. Submit a sitemap, list the ones you’ve already submitted, or pull a sitemap’s submission and indexing details.
  • Manage properties. Add or remove sites, and list the verified properties you have access to.

How it works

You describe what you want in the chat, and the agent handles the rest. Ask for a one-off task, or have the agent build Search Console data right into your project. Ask the agent directly:
Or build it into your app:
1

Connect your Google Search Console account

The first time you ask for something that needs Search Console, the agent prompts you to connect your account. Authorize access once and Macaly reuses the connection for later requests.
2

Describe what you need

Tell the agent what to report on, inspect, or submit. Be specific about which property, URLs, or date range to use.
3

The agent does the work in Search Console

The agent runs the action against your verified property and brings the result, a performance report, an indexing status, or a submitted sitemap, back into the chat.

Good to know

  • You connect once. Authorize your Google account the first time, and the agent reuses that connection for later requests.
  • You need a verified property. The agent works with the sites already verified in your Search Console account. Adding a site still requires you to verify ownership with Google.
  • Your account, your control. The agent only acts when you ask it to, and you can revoke access from your Google account settings at any time.
