Macaly connects to Notion so the agent can work with your pages and databases for you. Ask it to create a page, update a database, or search your workspace, or have it pull your Notion content into the app you’re building.

What is Notion?

Notion is an all-in-one workspace for notes, docs, wikis, and databases that teams use to organize their work. With the Notion integration, Macaly’s agent works with your workspace directly: it creates and edits pages, manages databases, and brings your content into your project.

What you can do

A few examples of what the agent can do with Notion:
  • Create and edit pages. Add new pages, append text, headings, lists, tables, and media, update existing blocks, and duplicate or move pages.
  • Work with databases. Create databases, add and update rows, update a database’s schema, and query rows with filters and sorting.
  • Read your workspace. Fetch a page as Markdown, read page properties and block content, and search pages and databases by title.
  • Collaborate. Add and read comments, and look up workspace users.
  • Organize. Archive, restore, duplicate, and move pages to keep your workspace tidy.

How it works

You describe what you want in the chat, and the agent handles the rest. Ask for a one-off task, or have the agent build Notion right into your project. Ask the agent directly:
Or build it into your app:

Good to know

  • You connect once. Authorize your Notion account the first time, and the agent reuses that connection for later requests.
  • Share the right pages. The agent can only see Notion pages and databases you’ve shared with the connection, so grant access to what you want it to use.
  • Your account, your control. The agent only acts when you ask it to, and you can revoke access from your Notion settings at any time.
