How chat-based integrations work
Your Macaly project works like a real web application. That means anything you can add to a website (tracking scripts, analytics, pixels, chat widgets) — the agent can add it for you too.1

Go to the tool you want to integrate (like Google Analytics or Tag Manager) and copy your tracking ID, measurement ID, or code snippet.
